How it works:

Your new beginning will start with a free consultation session wherein a fitness test and initial goal assessment will take place and based on that, a personalized training program will be designed to suit your own individual goals.

Once you start your journey, you will be training 3 times a week, or more, and you will find that each training session will be different and more challenging.

Training will consist of a diversity of exercises and routines depending on your fitness level and personal goals.

Complimentary water and towels are also available, making coming for a workout that much easier!


Session Information:

1) One on One Training:

EUR 35/ session.

2) Pair Training:

EUR 52/ session.

The above price is for both clients!

Pair training will only be provided in circumstances where the two clients have similar body types, fitness levels and goals. This is because at Ground Eight we want to ensure you receive the best service and results!

No other gym fees or membership fees!
